You may include a binding arbitration clause here if you prefer to resolve disputes outside of court.
6.4 Severability.
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Relationship: Nothing in these Terms creates an agency, partnership, employment, or franchise relationship.
Entire Agreement: These Terms represent the full agreement between you and RGV Power Sports.
